I need install and improve a bit this script (or an alternate one) [login to view URL] in order to get self hosted in my own server

Requirements:

Add tags by # and @ in order to be able to filter outlines by tags.

And the same time shoud be possible filter adding several tag types, such as: @+@; @+#

When several tags are added the result must include restricted answers not more.
