Simple Android app for listing my other Apps

I need an application where to list all my other applications, and when user touches any item, it should start the download of the desired .apk (from a url i set). Every list item should have the application image (which i'll provide), and it's name. It should be a vertical list and it should be easy to me to add more items from the source.
