Implement RDH-10 (SHA-256, PKCS#1) security in open source banking project

Hi freelancer, i have an existing german hbci banking software. I need to implement the RDH-10 signature hashing in this existing software. I'll give you a code snippet of my software, a code snippet of another project which has alread done this in Java Code and the german spezifikation.
