I have data on a CD that uses 32-bit java to work. It has to run local. I can NOT use a server. I use a version of 32-bit Firefox 62.0 with an [login to view URL] to view it. My problem is when my users download Firefox 62.0 to used the [login to view URL], it automatically updates to the newest version. Which now blocks java. What I am looking for is a self contained .exe file that launches it own interface for the html/32-bit java in a striped down browser that does not try to update. Could be based on open source Firefox. Microsoft Egde or ?. Basically what I need is a .exe file that will run a 32-bit browser interface and use the [login to view URL] java files on the CD or Desktop folder, on any 32-bit or 64-bit machine. Also, it needs to be as small as possible (under 50MB) and not take a lot of resource/time to work.
