Science Fair Experiment. I would like a program that, in the middle of a white computer screen a box is shown which says "Start the Reaction Time Experiment". Once any key is pushed, this box should disappear and then this sentence appears. "Speak the numbers as they appear". This sentence should stay on screen for 3 seconds and then disappear. Then in black letters in the direct center of the screen, there is a countdown from 5 to 1. Each number should be on screen for 1 second. Then immediately, a medium sized bright red circle should appear on the screen, either in the center, on the left side of the screen or on the right side of the screen. When the red circle appears, a timer should start. The red circle should disappear only when any key or the mouse button is pressed. The amount of time it takes for the circle to disappear should appear in the center of the screen in white letters and should stay there. Underneath this time, at the bottom of the screen a box should appear which says "Begin experiment again". When this box is clicked with the mouse, everything should loop except this time the circle should appear in a different spot than it was the first time. If it was in the center then it should now be on either the right or the left. If it was on the right or left, then it should now appear in the center. When I say center, right or left, this means if the computer screen were divided into thirds, the circle can appear anywhere in one of those thirds, not necessarily in the exact center of either third. This experiment is to compare peripheral vision reaction time and straight vision.
