We need a solution that will automatically convert the emails to a spreadsheet either exc or google docs with each field of the email going into its respective column like:
Name. Email. Address. Number. Etc...
Please note that in the example email above there is only one item ordered, this can change to upto 15 items, soo each item will need to be in a separate column
Please respond with your proposed plan of action. If you feel te price quoted is not correct feel free to suggest.
If you would like to reccomended an off the shelf solution that's also fine. We will pay you a finder's fee
Update:
All email is sent and received via Google Apps (gmail)
We use Apple Mac so no Windows / PC Solutions please - only web based or platform agnostic
Your solution will need to either download the email from gmail or access it some other way - No outlook
I have done something similar before. I would write a PHP script that would log into your Gmail, parse the data and then update a Google spreadsheet. Please see PM.
Hi, got a great experience using Google App Engine and also Python, witch is cross-platform. Also this job seems pretty simple, just need a few more details. Thanks!
