312932 Design Edits

I have 6 screenshots that need to be cut up into html. Also not mentioned in the screenshots is what we talked about last time. Changing Specials to Charities in the top navigation. I put text on the annotated the screenshots that needed it to give you direction. I have all the graphics in corel draw, and can export them to PNG / Jpg etc and also have the graphics for the different pages like the beach etc. Please provide me a quote and timeframe for completion and what files etc you will want.
