Adding 2 select dropdown list columns to Datatables

I have created a project which is 95% finished. I just require two columsn adding to the end of my datatables which will have 2 select dropdown lists. The submit button also needs to be changed so that it sends a number of columns to the controller. [login to view URL] is what I use, as well as an MVC application olumn after senior auth called "Action". Should be a select dropdown list with the following: Accept Reject Delay 1 week Delay 2 week Delay 3 week Delay 4 week Another column after that called "Reason". Should be a select dropdown list with the following: Gold seal not recevied QC issue Too early Too late Over sttocked Cancelled Quantity issue When submit button is clicked, confirmation dialog should appear, then the PreBookingId, division, Order, warehouse, selected option within Action and Reason should all be sent to controller via a POST request. This is only an 1-2 hour's worth of work max, quickest reply will get the project!
