Asana and PipeDrive Integration ( Tasks )

Hi, Our company uses PipeDrive ( [login to view URL] ) as our CRM tool and ASANA ( [login to view URL] ) as our task management tool. In PipeDrive you can create and assign tasks to CRM Deals and we need a way to create and update this taks from PipeDrive to ASANA automatically every time they are created or updated. Additionally when a task is completed in ASANA should be marked as completed in PipeDrive as well and viceversa. Both systems have a powerful API. The detailed use cases are as follows: FROM PIPEDRIVE TO ASANA - When a new task is created in PIPEDRIVE it should be created a new task in ASANA inside an specific/fixed ASANA project that will be created for this goal. - The name of the task in ASANA should be created as follows: "PipeDriveTaskName"-"PipeDriveOrganizationName"-"PipeDriveDealName" - The Due date should be created in ASANA based on the due date created in PipeDrive - The ASANA task should be assigned to the same user as it is assigned in PIPEDRIVE ( users will be identical in both systems ) - If the task is marked as completed in PIPEDRIVE, it must be marked as completed in ASANA as well - Every time the task is updated in PIPEDRIVE , the task must be updated in ASANA. This means that if the task name, due date or assigned person changes. It must be updated in ASANA FROM ASANA TO PIPDRIVE - If the task is marked as completed in ASANA, it must be marked as completed in PIPEDRIVE as well * We are using the paid version of ASANA so we can use custom fields to store data such as the PIPEDRIVE task ID in order to sync. * Same thing in PIPEDRIVE, we can create a custom field to store the ASANA task ID so we can sync them.
