Create a headless browsing bot - Please read description before bidding!

Hello, I'll get straight to the point and outline what I need. Bot to use headless browsers (like CEF) that don't use too many resources but still support java script etc. really need it to use minimal resources while still supporting java script. It must be multi threaded a load a webpage and then click on an adfly link on that page wait on adfly for random time of 8-30 seconds then click skip ad wait 10seconds and close that thread. It will need to use a unique proxy for each thread. So say I enter 100 proxies it will start 100 threads and do what I said above. Now when the thread closes I need it to re open up with a new thread (fresh session so has no cookies etc) and to do the cycle again with the same proxy. I will also need it to cycle through user agents every 1-3 times it's done a cycle of one thread. Lastly these Proxies will remain the same IP:Port but will be rotating the IP every couple of minutes so I need to bot to handle it changing IP's and not just randomly fail or close the thread.
