Create a multiplayer game service using Nodejs + Web Socket

Hello, I need to create a multiplayer game server using NodeJS and web socket. The server will handle the logic for a 2d mobile game. I created the game client in C# using Unity3d and I need to hire someone very very good The server will thave those features: - Handle web socket events - Allow Player registration - A system of loop/tick to handle players movement - A system of loop/tick to handle the server message emission - A system of movement interpolation - A referral system - Implementation of the Fyber API, to check if rewarded video has been credited to my account - Finally a very simple admin view to see player informations.
