HTML5 FORM DESIGNER TOOL

We required professional HTML5 form designer to design HTML pages with same layout & controls shown in the attached sample HTML pages (Wellbaby 3 [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]). The preferred technology expected to use for this HTML form designer is Java Script framework The Form designer window layout should be as shown in the attachment (HTML5 Form Designer window Lay [login to view URL]). By using form designer, we should be able to design the pages same as exists in the attached sample HTML pages HTML Form designer window going to have 3 panels & 3 action buttons. Action Button Requirements: - 1. Save Designed Form:- By clicking on this, the application should display a save dialog and able to save the designed form as .HTML file 2. Open Existing Form:- By clicking on this, the application should display an open popup window to select an existing HTML file and load the selected file into Form designer window and allow us to do necessary changes. By clicking on Save Designed Form, the system should allow us to save modified form as HTML file 3. Close:- By clicking on this close the form Panels in the Form Designer:- 1. Toolbox:- The tool box panel should display all the commonly used HTML controls on the panel & it should allow us to drag & drop the controls to form designer work area 2. Form Designer Area:- This panel should display the layout of the designing form and controls dragged on the form. We should be able to drag & drop any controls with in the designer between containers. 3. Properties:- This panel should display all the possible properties of the selected control on the properties pane and allow us to changes the values. After changes the property values, the designer area should reflect the changes and show us the preview of the designed form After completion of the form designer & demo, the source code should be handed over to us & explain source code to us for further maintenance. The source code should be professionally commented We will only accept bid after successful initial review of the sample form designer demo.
