Javascript Ninja Needed for Help Fixing Panels

Our company is a sales company with about 400 employees. We manage our own database and system, which controls everything from inventory and CRM to the phone system. We're in the middle of a complete re-development of a large system (CRM and company control system) for our company. As part of this re-development effort, we have decided to build a panel-based email/text system which allows users to email/text customers and other users. These panels have been designed to stay from page to page, can be minimized or made larger and will keep their setting and data from page to page, using AJAX and a data store. We started with a system called jsPanel4. It looks to be no longer under development at all but it had the building blocks of what we needed. Since it's not being maintained and no further versions are coming, we decided to hack away at the code to get it to do what we needed. You'll see our hacking. Not pretty but so far it's getting the job done. However, we have run straight into a few issues. None of the active issues are non-starters and they're probably not difficult to a JS ninja but we are JS noobs. There are currently 9 distinct issues that we are facing: 1. The normalized (enlarged) panels are stacking on top of each other instead of next to each other. 2. Remove bottom gap when nothing is minimized. 3. Minimizing panels should minimize to the left, not the right. 4. Normalized panels are fixed, instead of flowing with the page when re-sized. 5. Panels are not responsive enough and need to be able to handle much smaller screen sizes. 6. Upload button style cannot be fixed. 7. Style of buttons and caret in panel footer is too dark. 8. Subject (second line) should be hidden when the template menu is closed down. 9. Template dropdown menu is too wide. Needs to have a max-width set and wider options to be hidden. Once a developer is selected, I can provide a recording of me walking through each of these issues in detail (total 10 - 15 mins). I will provide an export of all the CSS/JS/HTML used to create a static version of one page that I am working on for your testing.
