Hello, The form would be stored on Google Sheet by default. In order it create something on another Google Service such as calendar you should add an event for this form, it is onSubmit(), within this function you add the code for creating calendar and add new sheet tab for your selected sheet. that's the way. if you agree with my offer I could code it in quick
