Publish content from web to user timeline in facebook

I need to publish content from a web to the timeline of a user on facebook. The user fills out a form and when he clicks the send button, the content that is in the form fields must be published in the timeline of the user who has clicked the submit button. The user must be logged in to Facebook, if not, the script should request that you log in to Facebook to publish on your wall. The script must have 2 callback functions: 1- to run code when the message has been posted to Facebook. 2 - to execute code when there is an error in the publication. The publishing method must be feed_dialog of Facebook SDK and the fields that have to have the publication should be: - Image of the publication: An image in JPG format - Title of the publication - Description of the publication: Here I need to publish a text with a minimum length of 30 words and a maximum of 300 words - Url: The main url from which to share I also need the necessary steps to create the APP on Facebook to make the script work on my website
