Rewrite a VB6 Banking Software to a World Class Banking Software

I have a VB6 banking software i have developed and improving for more than 10 years now. It has grown to more than 400 forms and being used by some good number of micro bank clients. I now intend to take a big step and rewrite the whole banking software to a world class banking software. I am open to suggestions from professionals on the best programming language, database tool, etc to use. At first, i thought i should restart the whole project in VB.net or C#, but after some consultations, i was advised to rewrite the software using Java, JavaSript, XML. I have not decided yet but i am looking to work with professionals on this because i want to create something very professional with the best technologies for bigger banks. Currently my VB6 banking software is very very good, has been praised severally as the best banking software by some micro banks in my country and i want to use that same architecture and experience to create a bigger one that even the biggest bank can comfortably use and best the rest by miles. To achieve this, i am looking for professionals and i want us to work as a team to achieve this in the shortest possible time. I am willing to travel to the location of the professionals, so we can all work as a team, start the project afresh and develop the best banking software on the planet with our talents, experience and visions. I am seeking professionals, who have vast experience in big banking software technologies, who is willing to work as a team to achieve this. I would be glad if the professionals can all be in same country, as that would ease my traveling to that location to start up the project. Finally, i need suggestions on best technology to use for this great banking software, i need the estimate cost of completion, i need estimate time of completion, i need estimate numbers and duties of people to work on this project as a team and i need all the info about having this turn out the best for us.
