shopping Store in .NET Core Razor Pages

Online store with all latest features (modules) and technologies, application should supports Arabic and English language through database and can be added through front end. Work is required in milestones with continuous collaboration and approval. Code should be understandable and rich in comments. Three changes can be asked after completing each milestone. In three layers (UI, Business and Data) architecture please write a code for input product category form, which can also display stored categories. In category input we can add other languages too. There are only 2 fields to show category name (in all entered languages Arabic and English etc.) and description. How you create table for category and how you manage other language to input and to show data will be your decision. This work should be a professional work as you work in your normal routine like form validation, error handling and secure data transfer etc. Project will be awarded to candidate with best demo.
