Make some changes on Joomla site running Memberships Pro

I have a few changes I need made on our Joomla site (using Memberships Pro.)
You will find a visual of the changes in the attached file.
The changes are:
-Make current link that says "Login" say "Logout" if a user is already logged into memberships pro.
-Currently on the theme, the blue bar at the bottom of the theme is in the middle of short pages. (see attached). I need this moved down so the page does not look cut off.
-On the Memberships Pro plugin, we have sub-memberships enabled. On the page where you add sub-members, the link to add a new one runs into the page title. I need this moved to the top of the actual page, rather than being in the title as it is now.
-When a user tries to register, the button at the bottom of the registration form says "process subscription". We need it to say "Start the Program".
