Move 3 sites to new server

I need to move 3 Joomla sites from server A, to Server B.

All content, templates, etc, etc must be the same

You will have acces to old server files via ftp accounts, and mysql databases as text files. (Template files, components, etc)

You will have acces to new hosting accounts via cpanel.

Proper work should end when DNS are pointed to new domains, ans sites work properly. If needed, I will provide you temporary domains.
