Small Customization for Joomla Easysocial

Need a small customization for EasySocial. On the Group Members screen, need to display user's current Usergroup Title and a meter next to it... You do not have to do anything for the meter values... just hardcode some dummy ones...
And also, there needs to be a Statistics button, which will take group admin to a report page which will display some data from db, using php...
All that data should only visible to the group's administrator.
