translate Joomla theme to Arabic language

i have a (RTL) theme i want to translate components of this theme to arabic and put the extension as original. so the gob is easy . The demo data however is build in English only, and there is no Arabic version of the demo content provided by the developers of the template, which is why I could not be able to include the demo content in Arabic.
