Urgent Need - WebApi AJAX POST with complex data object

This is urgent. So only bid if you are available to start right away and can fix it ASAP. I have attached the sample structure, code and [url removed, login to view] in the attachment.

Issue 1: when the web application and the Web API are deployed in it two different virtual directory on a single server. the ajax call is passing the valid json but when it comes to the service web api the value is null.

Issue 2: The same code when web service is deployed on a server and web application in local laptop then it throws 405 method not allowed error due to Cross domain. .

Deliverable is

Empty Web form project with one html and jquery to make the above web api call in a different project in its own virtual directory
