Lead Generation and qualification for training organization in Australia

The organization is a government accredited trianing organization in Australia (refered to as a Registered Training Organization, RTO) offering Business and Management Courses at Diploma and Certificate level - all courses are conducted online. I need qualified leads generated with full quality control in mind. That is, the lead generation strategy needs to protect my brand, needs to be conducted in high quality English and provide the following: o Provide a Primary Agent to make the calls in my company's behalf o Have a back up agent on-call in case the Primary Agent is not available o Provide a Campaign Specialist/Project Manager who is going to be my main point of contact o Provide a Researcher/Data Analyst to build and manage a database of leads and qualification data o Provide a Quality Assurance Analyst to review the calls and qualify the leads / appointments o The creation of a script to be approved by me prior to the start of engaing with prospects o Collection of email addresses and emailing of my marketing brochures to the prospects o Access to of a database of company records based on target criteria as per target industry types, target location and company size by number of employees or annual revenue o Full performance reporting o Access to a CRM for reporting of leads / appointments generated with email notification of each appointment and downloading of all other call results including email addresses in an Excel file o The creation of a target quota for number of leads or appointments generated for the campaign Some potential targets are as follows: o People wanting to study an online or distance courses o Australian high school students in years 10, 11 and 12 looking to improve their entry scores for University o People who have a job as a human resource manager or a training manager o International School students who are looking to study in Australia after graduating from high school o Any University Graduates who have graduated with a degree in a discipline other than Business, Commerce, Management etc. If these students can add a Business Qualification to their resume they will be more attractive to employers o People who are unemployed o Young mums especially those who have had to leave school early o Pregnant women and women on maternity leave from their jobs o People with a disability o Australian expatriates living and working outside of Australia o People who want to get promoted at their work o People who are interested in book keeping o People who are interested in Management o People who communicate with customers o People who want to gain entry into a business or management degree at University
