I work a help desk in the day time for a small company I help run. I specialize in many different areas of IT, including; Microsoft server 2012 r2, Hyper V, Server maintenance and setup, networking, policy management and implementation, user desktop issues, global network issues, customer service, web design and development, database administration, SQL, MS Office, Exchange, Server, Windows, Hardware and software. I do this work every day, 9 hours a day, also stay up to date in the IT industry to remain proactive for my customers and blog followers that is posted to my company website. I currently use LabTech, Connectwise, and Kaseya and am certified in multiple LabTech university courses. I also specialize in wireless network management, configuration, wireless site surveying and planning for optimization, interference reduction techniques. I manage IT needs within schools, fire departments, police departments, city governments, manufacturing companies, advertising firms, legal firms. I am available weekday evenings after 5pm until 10pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, and Sundays after 3pm. My level of spoken English is; I speak English.
