Install Antivirus in My Linux CentOS Server

Hello, I am using Hostinger Shared Hosting. They use CentOS. I would like to install an Antivirus in it like CalmAV or ImmunifyAV. I do not have root access but I have SSH access. I don't have cPanel. It is a customized hPanel designed by Hostinger for its customers. Can you help me to install a good antivirus in my hosting? I don't have sudo or yum access. It would be great if you can do it through ANyDesk so that I can also learn from your work.
