Need helping setting up cPanel on Cent OS and advice

Hi We can go ahead with cpanel on centos, but we need security settings such CSF(firewall) which will be integrated into WHM panel and can be easily managed through web interface. 1: This firewall will protect the server from hack attempt by blocking ip with multiple times attempt with wrong password also we can block any IP, network or country. 2: BruteForce will be implemented this is a enhanced feature to block any ID trying to login with wrong password. 3: We need to put SMTP tweaking such that server will not be used as open relay. 4: ClamAV antivirus will be implemented which will scan the server for any malicious script of virus. 5: backup policy will be configured that will take backup of all the domain. I have 4 year of strong experience in Hosting environment currently working with Hosting Datacenter.
