QA Project for Cloud-hosted System

I am in need for an engineer doing QA for a cloud system that is already up and running. We currently have 5 users but expect to ramp up to hundreds of users within months, and we must get professional QA engineers to constantly monitor and check the system on every release and also on a continuous basis. The requirements for this include understanding of Web-QA concepts like regression, probers, Linux scripting (our servers are running Linux), version control concepts so that we manage things systematically, and the first and foremost requirement is reliability and dependability, in terms of caching bugs and continuously monitoring the system. The system is a cloud-hosted solution for the TT engine. It receives requests through an API with JSON syntax plus proprietary formats describing the inputs and outputs. This may develop into more work related to our cloud-system (development work). This is a 6-month project, roughly requiring 50 hours a month.
