I'd like a HTTP Proxy (i.e. HAProxy) setup which rotates any incoming traffic through a random IP address from an IPv6 /64 routed to my machine. I am running Ubuntu 18 LTE on a dedicated server. I'll be making around 10000 requests /per sec.
