Design a Logo for holiday home

Require a logo design for a sign to be placed outside a holiday house rental. We intend to put a sign similar to a real estate for sale sign except this will be for holiday rentals. The house is called "Gerroa Dreaming". I am looking for some type of logo/banner/sign design to assist in branding and advertising the property. We intend to use the logo for other advertising products. The house is right on the beach and the attractions are surfing, fishing, all types of water activities etc. We were thinking of a logo that includes the name and something to do with the surf like a wave or something - not sure - would love to see any suggestions and ideas!
