We need a person who can both perform the work to create these functions but also provide consulting to guide and prioritize the features we need and implement. - Real Time Pricing (with Vendors & Competitor Monitoring) - Personalized Experiences & Marketing - Analytics & Log Metrics - Predictive Trends - Recommendation / Up-sell Engine - Customer Journey - Sentiment - Historical Data - Web Browsing & Purchase History - Customer Support & Self Service - Supply & Demand Prediction - Micro-Moments - Ad-Buying Data - Weather Buying Patterns - Influence Prediction Obviously this is just a general list of examples, we are very open to listening to what is advised for us to get the largest gains in the fastest amount of time.
