Mac,Linux and Windows Desktop Application Developer

Hello. I need an app that is executable, (no installation), then checks computer device manager and checks for available storage devices (disk drives), and pull model number and serial number out along with SMART status and volume information, and push it into a browser. Our website will analyze that date for the customer and offer certain subscription plans. There is a program by Acelab called SMART vision that is able to do all I am describing, but it has a different purpose. We don't need to display anything for the user itself, only to pass this info to the browser. Upon launching the tool, a json gets generated and gets pushed into a website like: [login to view URL] or something like that. We need a tool for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
