Magento Tweaks - Fix Index Sync, Shipping Option & Orders Mgmt

My site needs minor tweaks to fix three issues:
1. One one-step-checkout, New Zealand was left out as an optional country we ship to. It needs to be added.
2. Index mgmt was syncing but has stopped syncing automatically.
3. I have an extension called M2Epro installed - it bring orders from ebay sales in the magento admin. Orders are showing twice. I only want one order from each ebay sale to show.
I'm willing to pay $50 max - it should only take a couple of hours or less for someone to fix if they know what they are doing.
