Magento website - align checkout module / invoice layout

Ok, here is the deal.... we have spent the past month with a freelancer on changing some aspects to our new Magento website. Unfortunately the last piece, aligning the checkout process and changing our invoice layouts cannot be solved by him, no matter how hard he tries. In the meantime we have not made any sales, so this is hurting us. I am sure it is not a big deal for a professional in Magento, but if we find the right person with the right price to fix these issues, we have a lot of work coming this way for some other websites of ours.
Here are some points for this project:
1. Checkout module has some bugs: customer is getting a confirmation email every 5 minutes. Need immediate fix.
2. Checkout module does not send a confirmation email to us (admin). We need a confirmation email as well.
3. Checkout module some translations of words and insert of fields (like comment box).
4. Basically good integration of checkout module. Payment module is already installed and working. Both one step checkout and account creating need to be perfect and working.
5. Just change the content of confirmation emails a customer gets when placing an order (customer needs to get a different email depending on which payment option he choose).
6. Change layout of invoices (all types).
7. Make sure if we get an order, it also appears in the correct place in admin.
