We do different kinds of custom development and debugging performance issues is some times a part of development process, so we know how to do that. Also, we have a practice working with websites done by other developers and can handle unfamiliar code very well. Speaking about your problem - we need to run it in controlled environment where we can do measurements and see what is taking that much CPU. Probably - solution will be a simple caching added. Or we will need to do some code modifications. Unfortunatelly, such things are unique and it is impossible to estimate time required. Ideally - that is few hours to find a root of problem and time to fix it will depend on complexity of that soltion. It might be 10 minutes fix (just remove some dumb code) or, in general, it might be something that requires few days of carefull work. Proposed hourly rate - $12/h. With regards Viktor
