Need help to increase conversion rates in email campaigns Chemical Safety Software is a cloud-based technology company that supports chemical management and lab safety for universities, labs, R&D facilities, manufacturers and other institutions primarily in the US. We run regular email campaigns to a verified list of prospects in these sectors to highlight our online solutions, have special offers and provide other informational messages. Our target audience is Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) personnel, Facility Managers, Lab Managers, Lab Technicians, Waste Managers and other safety and health-related personnel. Our open rates have been low, our click-through rates lower, and our conversion rates unsatisfactory. We are looking for an expert who knows technology in our space and can help us increase results in all of these areas, especially in conversion rates. Hi, if your open rate is below your expectations then the problem is that there is a big disconnect between what you think is important for customers, and what customers values in real. the wrong marketing story is the core reason behind the symptoms that you are showing me. so what can be done. A. Find what customer really values in context of the problem you are solving. B. redesign the entire brand story with compelling copywriting. C. Design wonderful content/advertorials that your customers really want to receive, and check. D. Use multiple platforms to deliver then your content. Why? since your open rate is already low so we need to target these same customers over facebook and google via retargeting ad campaigns, beside continuing with emailers. does it make sense? can we talk business?
