SIMULINK SIMULATION OF A SMART POWER GRID WITH RELAYS , PMU AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS VERY URGENT

This is a very small project for any MATLAB expert. 1. The smart power grid has to be simulated for industrial application. 2. The simulation must cover Solar Power Generating units, Industries generating solar power, it must have existing classical power grids. 3. The circuit must have feedback sysytem to protect the grid from failure. It must use circuit breakers, relays and Phasor measurement units 5 budget 20 USD 6. time 24 hours.
