MT4 Indicator updated and debuged with minor changes

Old indicator that used to work in 2010 now creating error when compiling.
1. Fix errors so indicator will compile and load into mt4 the way it is now set up.
2. change all lines to draw from right edge up to the first candle of current day/timeframe. (previous day(s) lines will display across entire day for number of days selected to display)
3. change grid to only display between the high and low on previous days, not across entire chart.
4. set all line drawing thicknesses to default 1
5. remove price display, only display Name, not price, Justify names as far to the right as possible without overlap so all names are readable
7. leave all other settings the way they are, all work is to be kept private and not sold, posted, shared, copied or used.
