Deploying a very small meteor app

I have an small meteor application but i need to deploy it, i dont have clear in what meteor hosting i need:
1. Suggest hosting providers to deploy it
2. Deploy the app in a staging host
3. Deploy the app in a production host
4. give me brief training about how to do it continuosly when there is something to update in the application.
If you speak Spanish is a nice option to work with you in this.
there could be more work for you with me, because i am starting this app and its growing the need of it.

I have lots of experience with deploying meteor projects. My suggestion is to use mupx and to host it with DigitalOcean for $5/month. It should only take a couple of hours to get it setup and deployed.
