I am looking to get a price to make a Access or WinForms Application to help me with the tracking the admin duties I do on a daily bases. I currently have an access database but not really happy with it. I have attached a WinForms that I built to show you what I need but you will need to also design it as this is for example only.
I will provided as much information below as I can but will need help knowing what you need to know.
Data storage – If not done in access I was thinking csv files or a cheap sql database
Data I currently store:
Students – Student ID, Student Name(I want this spit into first and last) mobile, phone other, email, date created, last contact, active
Enrolments - Student ID, Course ID, End Date, Status, Method, Completed Date,
Course – Course ID, Course Name (to be split into course number, name) location, Start Date, 3 mth cut off, course active,
Actions – ID, action ID, Student ID, Note, Email Sent, Start Date/Time, End Date/Time, Course
Report I need to be created,
Weekly report – it’s a report of all students within a set week broken down into new, current, 1 month left, withdrawn, and completed students
Invoice Report – Based on a search for completed, withdrawn or in person training an invoice is created.
Action Report – I want this report to be in two parts. Part one is an over view of part 2 which groups students into completed via method of learning, withdrawn via method of learning, and for each student show, # of emails sent, Time sending email, # of assessments marked, Time marking emails, Total time spent on student.
My Main Actions/Interactions with the Dashboard
1. Create new students
2. Tracking my email/calls to students
3. Tracking my marking time
4. Entering in my in-person training times
5. Tracking any admin time
6. Creating new course ( would like each course to have assessment and a assessment log to be created.)
