I am seeking a skilled freelancer with a robust understanding of Microsoft 365 to configure our office systems comprehensively. Our key objectives are:
- **Email Setup**: We require the integration of our current email accounts into the new system, maintaining seamless communication without losing any historical data. Skills in data migration and email systems are crucial.
- **Calendar Setup**: Implementing a shared calendar system that synchronizes across the entire team, improving our scheduling and event planning processes. Experience in Microsoft Calendar is needed.
- **Document Sharing Setup**: Setting up a structured document sharing system to enhance team collaboration. Knowledge of SharePoint or similar Microsoft 365 document management systems will be beneficial.
- **PC Setup**: Assisting in the configuration of PCs for optimal use of Microsoft 365, including the installation of necessary software and ensuring all team members' computers are set up for immediate use.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of email systems, especially regarding integration and migration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s document sharing and calendar management tools.
- Ability to provide clear instructions or training materials for our team to make the transition as smooth as possible.
