Auto Generated Route with Gps Tracking for Live Monitoring of the units

I have a business of distribution, and we have like 15 route everyday where the route and different every time from 1 to 15 point of delivery., I already have all the maps coordinate of the delivery point and I want a software that can trace (create) a route like google maps does so I can monitoring the live Gps signal for all the route and the system will alert me if the unit are out of the route, also it will help me to organice with tipe of truck I need. In the route setup page it will show all the point of delivery (it can be more than 70 defined in a database, also can be created manually with the pointer) the user will be able to click and unclick the point so the system should create the best route (exact street, turns, with toll or not) that the unit truck should go and show the total time ,km, weight ,volume, minimum unit size (this info will be already in DB)., I want to be able to move the route to a different street like you do now in google maps draggin the line and the system should calculate the new route in \"real time\". After that he will save that route and this will create a id in database and all that point we use will be removed for that view and it will only show the one that does have route. it is like this demo ([login to view URL]) but with the option to move the route like it does in google maps when you define a destination) This route will be printed with text info and overview of the maps and it should be saved ., then we will have the live tracking information of the GPS where the system need to compare the signal to the route we trace before and if the unit goes away form the route we trace it will make a alarm (visual, email, etc) so the monitoring operator can call the unit to find out what happen. Also the GPS device will have a door detector that will send a alarm every time the door is open, so the system also need to verify that the door is opened in a 5 meters from each delivery point All this info should be saved to history where I can check by truck plate,operator,etc the summary of km and time spend in the route. I need to define route that should be avoid, this can be done like defined in the maps areas that when the user define the route it will see that it pass for that area and he must to move the route for a different street. The maps can show traffic, weather and it should have a view where you can see all the unit truck in the live route, where is the truck and the route he have to do, time remaining and km remaining. I already have a CRM system and I will required to have of the source code and be able to interact with this system using the DB, client info, point of delivery, orders, etc... This is the main Idea of the project and i would like to hire someone with already lot of experience in google maps api and gps.
