SQL 2003 is not a valid version of SQL. Please verify version requirements for Windows Server and for MS SQL (ie 2005, 2008, 2008 R2) and provide reason for legacy version of the OS and SQL version. Recommend Windows 2008 R2 MS SQL 2008 R2 or later. I have installed and configured SQL clustering for a number of customers. I have provided milestone's below outlining steps for implementing clustering. During the health check and while documenting requirements, the complexity of this project may increase. Please help us understand these requirements so that we can give you an accurate bid. Here are my questions at this early stage: 1. Is this an existing production database? If so what level of help will you need migrating the database? How much downtime can this DB experience during migration to the new SQL cluster? 2. How large is the database? 3. Is windows operating system already installed? 4. Are the servers virtual or physical? 5. Is the storage local storage or SAN?
