debug code or adjust server configuration to make a database connection with MDB file

I have a website running with a access database, using a MDB file on the server, it works fine. But now I´m migrating the website to another server (windows 2012), and database connection code is returning "internal server error - 500" with no additional error details on server logs. MDB file and folder have write permissions. Server has Microsoft jet installed. Direct access to server won´t be offered, but I will configure the server or update the code myself, according to freelancer instructions. I have more than 14 years experience in MS SQL and Access. Windows 2012 - 64 bit. OleDB4 is not working correct. Solution is - ODBC connection to MDB. In your code - Connection to ODBC. It have to work correct. I can try to do it, when you will make a choice.
