Develop a Simple Android Wallpaper APP

DEVELOP A SIMPLE ANDROID WALLPAPER APP (that we can clone, once delivered, to make several versions for different themes of wallpapers). — Job summary: Develop a simple Android Application that will enable users to browse a series of embedded images and then select one to set it as their Wallpaper background on their Android device. This must work on any resolution Android smartphone or tablet, and be preferably compatible with Android v2.3 Gingerbread and above. We will supply the design of the App and its interface in PSD files, and supply a default logo and default wallpapers which we will then replace with the necessary images when the app has been delivered. — Specifications: There will be a total of three screens in this App: 1) Loading screen 2) Main screen 3) Settings screen The screens and their contents are described in detail in the wireframe PDF file attached. — Delivery and Languages: The APP will be delivered to us so that we can edit some details and then upload to Google Play in 4 languages (British English, American English, ES Spanish, Japanese). We are going to use this App to release several wallpaper apps, so the structure needs to be easily clonable by us. In each of the clone apps we will need to change the following items: - From the Interface: logos, icons (some images) - In-App texts (some words may need changing in the texts within the App) - Wallpaper images and thumbnails: we will need to change the wallpaper images along with their thumbnails and the total number of images may vary. The app has to be ready for inserting an indefinite number of images without requiring any programming knowledge from our behalf, if possible. We will award the project to the developer or team of developers who prove they have read these instructions in their entirity and agree that they do not mind us using the App delivered to make our own clones from it. Extra points will be given to any bidder who agrees to provide written step-by-step instructions on what we need to change and where in order to replace the final imagery in the interface and the wallpaper images for us to prepare the final, uploadable App versions.
