Simple Booking Taxi iphone App

Hi, I am looking for someone who can design/replicate a very simple 'booking' iphone/ipad app for our chauffeur company. Please serious bidders only. The app will be a very simple app and we are able to provide you with a host of artwork in illustrator format (logo’s, text, buttons, pictures) to help produce the artwork for the app. We will also provide you will a power point presentation which provides the exact ‘flow’ of how we wish the app to work. A very similar app which has 90% of the functionality we require is in an app called ‘Five Star Private Hire’. Please look this up. A more detailed ‘summary’ of our requirements are below. The designer will need to assist us in getting the app approved and into the app-store for download. Opening screen with logo A ‘your details’ BUTTON. A screen where the user can permanently enter their details into the app (name, phone number, address) which will be used when submitting any booking from that app. A Prices Button. A Static screen that will list our 5 most popular prices. ‘Make a booking’ button. Make a booking will have several fields that need filling in (time, pick up address, drop off address, name, payment method, notes) the pick up address must have a look up field accessing a UK postcode database and a pre-defined list of about 10 popular airports. On review and completion/submit this will be sent to our designated e mail address and a ‘confirmation’ screen should appear for the user. A ‘favourites’ BUTTON A list of favourite journeys which basically remembers your last booked journeys which you can select and then edit and book/confirm as a short-cut. ‘Amend a booking’ button – this will list the last bookings you made through the app and let you simply request a change by selecting your booking and typing a change request into a ‘notes’ box and pressing submit. Feedback. A feedback booking which simply asks the customer a few simple pre-defined simple questions to rate the service. This is e mailed to us anonymously. We will at all times provide as much artwork and graphic design assistance as we are capable off to the freelancer who takes on this project. Terms Credentials – Bidder must have 3 I phone apps already approved and running in the app store. If this is successful we will also consider Android and windows phone apps work.
