I need a simple Apple watch application that will capture motion data and send data in json format to an external HTTPS API endpoint.

The app should be standalone on the watch, capable of communicating directly over the cellular or WiFi networks.

The app must continue to send motion data even when the application is in the background.

Deliverable shall be source code project for Xcode.
