Audio timer App

I would like a replication and expansion of functions of the AIDA International countdown App for person use. It will also need to include a countdown timer variation to meet the CMAS guidelines for the timer. AIDA: 2 minutes to official top, 1'30, 1 minute, 30 seconds, 20, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, official top, plus 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, start cancelled. CMAS: Last3minutes/2minutes/1.5minutes/1minute/30s/20s/10s/5, 4, 3, 2, 1 / Top Time / +10s / +20s / +25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. The audio will be played in English only in a female voice In addition to the above there will be a dive started button to record when the athlete commenced the dive which will stop the athletes countdown.
