I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. App Name :BCRF Bank Customer's Real Friend Features - [login to view URL] by SMS / OTP Authentication 2. Login (Default) Automatically As User (Bank Customer) Login Additional As Coordinator/ Volunteer (Tab will automatically enable when registered as Volunteer / Coordinator, otherwise disabled) 3. Normal / General User will be provided options to lodge complaints, with smart selection of multiple options. Attachment of pdf n image. Viewing Current status of complaints lodged by him. 2. A Volunteer / Coordinator will be provided a "Create User" option. V/C will type the details of a proposed user with his mobile number of in his app. After entering the OTP received by the proposed user /customer, in his app, user will be created. (It means user registration/ creation may be done directly by a user. Also user may be created by volunteer / coordinator. 3. Volunteer / Coordinator may lodge complaints on behalf of the customers registered by him. OTP based. Viewing status of complaints. 4. Before lodging a complaint, the user's account have to be activated either by himself or by Volunteer / Coordinator through a successful payment with the app. 3. An admin penal app will also be needed for monitoring / supervision of all the activities of user & volunteers / coordinators. Complaints status will be managed by admin 4.
