Build me an animated browser assistant

I want an animated browser assistant that can conceal login/username and password fields and other sensitive information for screen capture or video recordings. It should beak around from various ads and show their status based on user input/evaluations within the user community. I want it to be available for windows/mac/linux and android/ios on explorer, firefox, chrome, and safari. The browser assistant will take user input and send it to a central database.
