Build me an app

Fitness app for a university students. Personalized workouts and meal plans. Input for personal data (weigh, height, age, specific goals, etc.) during registration is required to adjust the product to one’s specific needs. In the workout session, a new workout will be given out in a daily basis with a detailed description and a video demonstration of each exercise. There customer should be able to input the weight used for each exercise in kg/lbs in order to keep track. Also, there should be a section for taking photos which are stored in the app to keep visual track of one’s progress. An exercise log with all the exercises, their descriptions + videos should be available as a separate section regardless of the daily personal workout. For the diet section: meal plans in one section, supplement guide in the other. Third party registration system is needed + ability for payment. (Purchase of a 1-3 month program). Notifications also required. I need a design for an app, as well as it’s development.
